Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This beautifully brand-new estate is minutes away from Downtown Atlanta. For security measures in helping to protect our property and guests, we installed security cameras and a noise monitoring device in the common area only, i.e kitchen and living room. We want to make sure our guests feel safe at our properties. We serve our guests by providing a clean, comfortable and safe place to stay during their visit to Atlanta.

We are tucked into a residential area of downtown Atlanta. We are minutes from Grant Park, Atlanta Zoo, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and Centennial Olympic Park.

I wouldn't know the owner, Julius, if I passed him in the street but he gets my vote for "host of the year." He was communicative, prompt, and takes the lead on making sure that guests' needs are addressed. The bed was soooo comfortable and the kitchen/common areas are well-organized and cleaned daily. The other guests that I met were also congenial and everyone was attentive to the "quiet hours" and "clean up after yourself" rules. Nobody's fault, but in a rare cold snap, with the furnace cycling more frequent than usual, my upstairs room was beastly hot. Suggestions, under those circumstances, for guests (like, "go ahead and open the window" or having the option, if possible, to block the incoming heat) would be helpful. Note: I didn't ask Julius about it, so he might already have a solution in place that I didn't learn about.

It was quiet, comfortable the other people living. There were very nice and made me feel very welcome. My room was very comfortable and the facilities had everything I needed 10/10 I can’t say that I did not like anything, but I am waiting for another room to open up with a bathroom on the inside of it in that house because I feel like it would be even better lol

Everything is perfect. The host is so enthusiasm. The room is clean The bathroom is downstairs. The floor is okay but you need to bring sandal or flipflop to wear so more comfortable. The noise of the bed, so noisy. When you or your partner light movement, the sound of the bed will turn on ^^.
