I wouldn't know the owner, Julius, if I passed him in the street but he gets my vote for "host of the year." He was communicative, prompt, and takes the lead on making sure that guests' needs are addressed. The bed was soooo comfortable and the kitchen/common areas are well-organized and cleaned daily. The other guests that I met were also congenial and everyone was attentive to the "quiet hours" and "clean up after yourself" rules. Nobody's fault, but in a rare cold snap, with the furnace cycling more frequent than usual, my upstairs room was beastly hot. Suggestions, under those circumstances, for guests (like, "go ahead and open the window" or having the option, if possible, to block the incoming heat) would be helpful. Note: I didn't ask Julius about it, so he might already have a solution in place that I didn't learn about.

It was quiet, comfortable the other people living. There were very nice and made me feel very welcome. My room was very comfortable and the facilities had everything I needed 10/10 I can’t say that I did not like anything, but I am waiting for another room to open up with a bathroom on the inside of it in that house because I feel like it would be even better lol

The property was very convenient to downtown and surrounding areas. Also, it was very secure. I felt safe with all the safety measures in place. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

Lage in guter Wohngegend mit neuen Wohnhäusern und Lokalen in fussweite gelegen für Abendsnack und Drinks. Sehr ruhig, so dass man auch schlafen kann, gute Einrichtung/Ausstattung, sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Parkplatz auf der Strasse vor dem Gebäude vorhanden und sicher. Hatte alles, was man benötigt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort wohnen wollen, ein Geheimtipp in Atlanta. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der nicht vor Ort war, nur weitere Bewohner von rooms. Küche sehr aufgeräumt und sauber. Da fällt mir nichts ein.
